You are not required by law to provide E-Toll Information to RMS, but if You do not, RMS will not be able to provide the E-Toll Service to You. Your Personal Information will be held by the RMS at Level 3, Octagon Building, 99 Phillip Street Parramatta or at any new or additional address or addresses disclosed in RMS' privacy policy from time to time.
