This document sets forth the Department of Defense (DoD) software license requirements (“DoD ESI Master License Agreement,” “DoD ESI MLA,” or “MLA”). Licensor’s Software License Agreement (“Master Subscription Agreement”) is attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a material part hereof by this reference. This document, including the Atlassian Subscription Agreement (“ASA”) attached as Exhibit A constitutes the Agreement between Atlassian Pty Ltd (“Atlassian” or the “Licensor”) and the DoD (collectively the “Parties”). The terms and conditions set out below in this MLA supplement, to the extent a conflict exists, supersede, and take precedence over the terms and conditions of Exhibit A. For clarification, in this agreement, the terms “Publisher” and “Licensor” are synonymous. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this DoD ESI Master License Agreement shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the ASA‌‌
