These terms of use are entered into by and between you and Future Problem Solving Program International, Inc., an Iowa nonprofit corporation (“FPSPI,” “we” or “us”). The following terms and conditions, together with any documents they expressly incorporate by reference (collectively, these “Terms of Use”), govern your access to and use of our websites located at https://www.fpspi.org, https://www.creativelearning.com, https://www.fpspimart.org, https://www.fpsonline.org, and https://www.icfpspi.org, including the FPS Online System, the FPS Virtual IC 2020 Application and any subsequent year’s version of that application (all such versions, the “Virtual IC Application”), and any other content, functionality and services offered on or through such websites (collectively, the “Site”), whether as a guest or a registered user.
