This grant contract (“Grant Contract”), by and between the State of Tennessee, Tennessee, Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency, hereinafter referred to as the “State” or the “Grantor State Agency” and Grantee Town of Nolensville, hereinafter referred to as the “Grantee,” is for the provision of providing Tennessee Riparian Tree planting to the public, as further defined in the "SCOPE OF SERVICES AND DELIVERABLES."
