This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is entered into by and between the County of Orange, acting through its Social Services Agency (SSA), hereinafter referred to as “COUNTY,” and Hospital Association of Southern California (HASC). This MOU establishes the procedures for program content and purpose along with specific guidelines for the continued administration of Medi-Cal related eligibility determination services to be performed at or on behalf of Orange County’s designated hospital(s) subcontracting with HASC, hereinafter referred to as "Participating Hospital(s) (PH)."
