This LEASE TERMINATION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made by and between the CITY OF PORT ORANGE (the “Landlord”), a municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1000 City Center Circle, Port Orange, Florida 32129, and CHANGAMA HOLDINGS LLC (the “Tenant”), whose mailing address is 3622 Dame Street, Port Orange, FL 32129, for its own behalf and on behalf of all of its predecessors-in- interest in the Lease and all other persons or entities having an interest as tenant under the Lease.
