Student and parent do hereby acknowledge and agree as follows: (1) that they have been provided with a copy of the Ursuline High School Student Handbook, (2) that they have reviewed the Ursuline High School Student Handbook, (3) that the terms, policies, and procedures contained in the Ursuline High School Student Handbook are incorporated into this Agreement as if fully rewritten herein, (4) that the defined term “Administrative Team” shall mean the Principal and the Assistant Principals of Ursuline High School and that said defined term is hereby incorporated into the Ursuline High School Student Handbook as if fully rewritten therein, and (5) that the student and parent do hereby agree to comply with and be bound by the terms, policies, and procedures contained in the Ursuline High School Student Handbook.
