This VPS Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between FXDD Malta, Ltd. (“FXDD”) with its principal place of business at K2, First Floor, Forni Complex, Valletta Waterfront, Floriana FRN1913, Malta and “Customer and/or User” on the date on which Customer signs and dates the agreement (“Effective Date”). Both FXDD and Customer and/or User may be referred to herein individually as a “Party” and/or collectively as the “Parties.”
