The spirit of the agreement is that WINI and participating taxi drivers are working together to technologically enable the taxi drivers to compete with ridesharing services. We will all work together in a “Competitive Collaboration” to offer the best, safest, cleanest, most timely and most efficient ride to the customer. It is only by working together that we can become strong and save the taxi industry. The following terms and conditions are intended to educate all concerned regarding how the system will work and what is required of participants.
