Thank you for scheduling an appointment with me for psychological, counseling or coaching services. I hope that your visits and/or your child's visits with me will be helpful. As a client in psychotherapy, you have certain rights that are important for you to know about. There are also certain limitations to those rights that you should be aware of. As a therapist, I have corresponding responsibilities to you. This document will outline what you can expect from me as your therapist, and what your rights and responsibilities are as a client.
