POSITION TITLE: Pharmacy Assistant/Technician DEPARTMENT: Pharmacy AGREEMENT: Health Employees’ (State) Award CLASSIFICATION: Pharmacy Assistant Grade 1 or Grade 2 or Pharmacy Technician Grade 1 or 2 as per the Health Employees’ (State) Award CAPABILITY LEVEL: Level 1 REPORTS TO: Reports directly to the operational Pharmacy Department Manager (or delegate) and indirectly to the Director of Pharmacy and Deputy Director of Pharmacy. STATUS: Permanent Full Time HOURS: 38 hours per week plus weekend work as per roster requirements DIRECT REPORTS: Nil KEY RELATIONSHIPS (INTERNAL): The Pharmacy Department belongs to the Allied Health Program KEY RELATIONSHIPS (EXTERNAL): St Josephs’ Hospital Pharmacy also belongs to the St Vincent’s Health Network and reports to the Allied Health Program KEY RESPONSIBILTY: To assist in the provision of pharmacy services to wards, clinics and departments at SVH LOCATION: Sydney (Darlinghurst) or as determined by the Employer
