This Interconnection, Collocation and Resale Agreement (the “Agreement”), dated this 1st day of February, 2010, is entered into by and between MCImetro Access Transmission Services LLC (“CLEC”), a Delaware limited liability company, and United Telephone Company of the Northwest d/b/a CenturyLink (“CenturyLink”), an Oregon corporation, to establish the rates, terms and conditions for local interconnection, local resale, and purchase of unbundled network elements (individually referred to as the “service” or collectively as the “services”).
