Having examined the requirements, conditions and schedule of quantities relating to the captioned work and having visited and examined the site of the works and also having acquired the requisite information relating thereto as affecting the application. I/We hereby offer to take up the service contract for providing unarmed security guards and Housekeeping staff in the Bank’s Office Premises at the rates mentioned in the attached schedule of quantities and in accordance with the conditions of the contract attached hereto.
