This Project Authorization Exhibit (“Exhibit”) amends and supplements that certain AIA Document A134™ - 2019, Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Construction Manager as Constructor where the basis of payment is the Cost of the Work Plus a Fee without a Guaranteed Maximum Price, dated July 28, 2021 (“Master Agreement”), between the Board of Education of Township High School District No. 113 (“Owner”) and Pepper Construction Company (“Construction Manager”), as provided herein. In the event of a conflict between the terms and conditions of this Exhibit and the Master Agreement, this Exhibit shall control, for the project described herein.
