This First Amendment to Commercial Contract (“First Amendment”) is made and entered into effective as of the effective date of the Purchase Agreement (as hereinafter defined) (“First Amendment Effective Date”), by and between PASCO COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida (“Buyer”), and BayCare Behavioral Health, Inc. f/k/a The Harbor Behavioral Health Care Institute, Inc., a Florida not for profit corporation, or its assigns (“Seller”).
