This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) is entered into by and between (hereinafter referred to as “Client” or “You”) and Everafter AI Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Everafter”, “Us”, “We” or “Our”), and forms an integral part of and is subject to the Master Services Agreement (“Principal Agreement”) between Client and Everafter dated [ ]. This DPA, together with the Principal Agreement and the Everafter Privacy Policy (“Everafter Privacy Policy”) (available at https://www.everafter.ai/legal/privacy) Shall be hereby referred to as the “Agreement”. Everafter and Client are hereinafter jointly referred to as the “Parties” and individually as the “Party”. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning given to them in the Principal Agreement.
