This Operator-Participant Agreement (Agreement) sets forth the terms and conditions under which JetSuiteX, Inc., 1341 W Mockingbird Ln, #600E, Dallas, TX 75247 (JetSuiteX), in return for payment in the amount indicated as the total charter price, agrees to provide you (Participant) with charter air transportation (Charter).
