The Rural Value Chains Project (RVCP) is implemented under Cooperative Agreement 520-A-12- 00004 subscribed on May 31, 2012 between the Guatemalan National Coffee Association (ANACAFE) and the United States Government Agency for International Development (USAID). Project implementation is the responsibility of a Consortium that includes ANACAFE as the lead institution before USAID.
