In the interests of expanding opportunities and furthering international understanding, Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics (TUSUR), Institute for Innovations, and the National Cheng Kung University (NCKU), Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics, agree to facilitate the academic exchange of faculty and students. They also agree to promote collaborative research between faculty members and other activities that may improve the relationship between the two institutions.
