CLUBHOUSE RULES: - The pool area, including pool deck & swimming pool, may not be used at anytime.- Curfew for Clubhouse one is Midnight.- NO SMOKING is allowed inside the Clubhouse.- No nails, tacks, or tape may be placed on walls or ceiling. Balloons, streamers, etc. should be hung away from fans.- Any phone charges will be billed to renter. CLEAN-UP RESPONSIBILITIES: In general, the Clubhouse must be left in the same clean and orderly condition in which you find it.If you do not adhere to these guidelines, you will be asked to return to the Clubhouse to complete the cleaning required and your deposit may be surrendered.- If there was smoking and/or food and drinks outside the Clubhouse, you are responsible for cleaning up OUTSIDE also (sweeping and picking up any paper or containers left outside.).-Cleaning must be completed the night of the rental. RENTAL AGREEMENT: I understand the rules and responsibilities listed above and agree to abide by. I agree to be on premises at all time
