This agreement is designed to establish an understanding of the conduct of each individual and how it affects not only the club but the player, coach and parent if we do not act accordingly. It is designed for all parties involved; coach, parent and player. Each person will receive a copy of the Code of Conduct, read and understand it. If there is any part of the agreement that you do not understand, the club representative will explain what is stated. Each will sign below stating that they have read the Code of Conduct for there respective title. The board has implemented this procedure to clarify the conduct of each individual and set forth said guidelines for everyone. We have to remember that this is for the kids of the club and as parents and coaches we have to set examples for them. This will then show the children what appropriate behavior is.
