Terms and Conditions of UseSeptember 30th, 2021
The terms and conditions of this Agreement govern your use of ScholaSys and the Website are binding and enforceable against all persons that access ScholaSys and the Website or any part thereof in terms of section 11(3) of the ECT Act. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you must stop using ScholaSys and the Website now, as further access will automatically bind you to this Agreement. If at any time you do not accept this Agreement in full, you are not permitted to use ScholaSys or the Website or any part thereof. If you access ScholaSys and / or the Website via a third-party Business Partner, then you will be bound to terms of such third-party Business Partner and to this Agreement. On termination of any contract with such third- party Business Partner, should you continue to access ScholaSys and / or the Website, then you will be bound to the whole of this Agreement, which is then applicable.
