The terms and conditions set forth herein are incorporated by reference in the Ordering Document (as defined in Section 3.1) by and between Starfish Associates, LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company (“Starfish”) and the counter party thereto (the “Customer”). The terms and conditions set forth herein apply to the Solution (as defined in Section 1.1) and related services provided by Starfish to the Customer.
