This is an Amendment (“Amendment”) to incorporate the determinations of the FCC Omaha Forbearance Order into the Interconnection Agreement between Qwest Corporation (“Qwest”), formerly known as U S WEST Communications, Inc., a Colorado corporation, and Integra Telecom of Nebraska, Inc. (“CLEC”). CLEC and Qwest shall be known jointly as the “Parties”.
