This Solar Energy System Addendum (SunPower Mandatory Purchase or Lease – Single Family Homes) ("Addendum") is attached to and a part of the Purchase Agreement and Escrow Instructions (the "Agreement") between Purchaser(s) and Seller for the real property described above (the "Property"). If any portion of this Addendum conflicts with any provision of the Agreement, the provisions of this Addendum shall prevail. All terms used in this Addendum shall have the same meaning as in the Agreement.
