The Property includes approximately 1.5 acres identified by Tax Map Serial Number 7-11-08-158.00. In entering this Contract, the Department relies on the representations contained in the “Non Responsible Party Application for Voluntary Cleanup Contract" of December 18, 2018 and any amendments thereto, by BF Star Mill, LLC, which is incorporated into this Contract and attached as Appendix A.
