This General Services Agreement for Window Cleaning Services, Project No. 214-24 is made and entered into this day of , 20 , between the City of Thornton, a Colorado home rule municipality, in the State of Colorado (hereinafter, “Thornton”) and (the “Service Provider”). Thornton and Service Provider hereafter may be referred to collectively as, the “Parties” or individually as the “Party.”
