This Agreement shall come into force and take effect on the first day of July 2014, and shall remain in force for forty-eight (48) months from that date and shall, automatically, renew itself from year to year, unless either party gives the other a written notice by registered mail of a desire to terminate or amend the agreement, not later than the last day of April in the year which agreement expires or in any year thereafter.
