This FIFTH AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of June 29, 2018 among NIELSEN FINANCE LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (together with its successors and assigns, “Nielsen”), TNC (US) HOLDINGS INC.
