THIS DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into this day of , 2021 (the “Effective Date”), by and between JSATT CORP, a Utah corporation d/b/a BLUE BISON DEVELOPMENT (“Developer”) and the CITY OF MOAB, a municipality and political subdivision of the State of Utah (the “City”). Developer and the City are hereinafter sometimes referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
