(“NJROTC”) Unit is hereby entered into by and between (the “School District”) and the Department of the Navy, acting through the Naval Service Training Command (the “Navy”) pursuant to Title 10, United States Code, Chapter 102, Sections 2031 et seq. (the “Statute”). This Agreement shall become effective as of the date when it has been executed by authorized representatives of both parties (the “Effective Date”).
