This College and Career Access Pathway Partnership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into this 25th day of January 2023 by and between the San Mateo County Community College District, a community college district formed and existing under the law of the State of California, having its principal business address at 3401 CSM Drive, San Mateo, CA 94402 (“COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT”) and Oxford Day Academy having its principal business address at 1001 Beech St, East Palo Alto, CA 94303 (hereinafter called “SCHOOL DISTRICT”).
