DISCUSSION: ThomasKelly Software Associates, LLC provides a subscription service for the EZChildTrack and EZReports web based programs. This subscription service will provide accounting, statistical and reporting services to the District’s 58 school age child care programs. CONTRACT TERM: The term of this agreement shall be from May 23, 2012 through June 30, 2017. RECOMMENDATION: It is the recommendation of Cindy Van Meter, Associate Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction and Staff, to approve the attached ThomasKelly Software Associates, LLC Agreement in the amount of $40,000.00 per year.
