THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between the CLARK COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT, a political subdivision of The State of Nevada (hereinafter “CCSD”), the CITY OF LAS VEGAS, a municipal corporation of the State of Nevada (hereinafter “Las Vegas”) the CITY OF NORTH LAS VEGAS, a municipal corporation of the State of Nevada (hereinafter “North Las Vegas”), and the COUNTY OF CLARK, a political subdivision of the State of Nevada (hereinafter “Clark County”).
