DEFINITION MEANING Data controller Has the meaning given to it by the General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679). Party disclosing data Shall mean the Party transferring personal data to the receiving Party or Parties. Party receiving data Shall mean the Party receiving personal data from the Party disclosing data.
