THIS SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT (the “Superfund Sites Settlement Agreement”) is entered into by and between Eastman Kodak Company (“Kodak”) and certain of its affiliates (together with Kodak, the “Debtors” or the “Reorganized Debtors,” as applicable)1, and the United States of America, on behalf of the United States Environmental Protection Agency (“EPA”) (collectively, the “Parties”).
