WHEREAS, the general purpose of this Agreement is to establish mutually satisfactory arrangements between the Employers and their Employees and to provide machinery for the prompt and equitable disposition of grievances, and to establish and maintain satisfactory working conditions, hours of work, wages and fringe benefits for all the Employees who are subject to the provisions of this Agreement.
