THIS SUB-GRANT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made as of this day of March, 2018 by and between the Brooklyn Park Economic Development Authority, a body corporate and politic organized and existing under the laws of the state of Minnesota (“EDA”), and TwinWest Chamber of Commerce Foundation, a Minnesota nonprofit organization (“Sub-recipient”). The EDA and the Sub-recipient may hereinafter be referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
