MARATHON PROMOTIONAL AGREEMENT (“First Amendment”) is made and entered into by and between Competitor Group, Inc. ("CGI"), a California corporation, the Tempe Tourism Office, formerly known as the Tempe Convention & Visitors Bureau ("TTO"), and the City of Tempe ("Tempe"), an Arizona municipal corporation.
