THIS SUPPORT AGREEMENT, including all exhibits and schedules, is made and entered into by and between MANAGED ACCESS TO CHILD HEALTH, INC. d/b/a PARTNERSHIP FOR CHILD HEALTH (“THE PARTNERSHIP” herein) and THE MULTIAGENCY NETWORK FOR STUDENTS WITH EMOTIONAL/BEHAVIORAL DISABILITIES (“SEDNET” herein), and is effective as of September 30, 2016.
