This Master Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of 2016 (the “Effective Date”), by and between IPGC Holdings LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“INGENCO”) and , a (“Contractor”). INGENCO and Contractor are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” and sometimes individually referred to herein as a “Party.” Terms not defined in the body of this Agreement are defined on Exhibit A attached hereto.
