WHEREAS the University and the Placement Site (together, the “Parties” and either one individually, a “Party”) wish to set out the terms and conditions by which they agree to the placement (“Placement”) of students and learners (i.e., “Students”) from the University at the Placement Site’s facility/facilities or site/sites (“Facility”) for educational purposes related to one or more of the following: service learning, experiential learning, field placement, clinical experience, clinical exposure, and/or practical training;
