ASCOT: The Adult Social Care Outcomes Toolkit, the ASCOT Measure, any component parts, preference weighted measures, accompanying documentation and any material relating to ASCOT that may be made available from time to time; ASCOT Registration Form: The completed registration form outlining the Project, to which these Terms and Conditions are attached. The ASCOT Registration Form together with these Licence Terms and Conditions constitute the whole Licence Agreement.
