THIS PURCHASE AGREEMENT (the “Purchase Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of , 2022 (the “Effective Date”), by and between CITY OF DILWORTH, MINNESOTA, a municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Minnesota (the “City”), and LAKE AGASSIZ HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, INC., a nonprofit corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota (“Habitat”) (the City and Habitat, collectively, the “Parties”).
