WHEREAS the Owner warrants that it is the registered Owner in fee simple of the lands described as Draft Plan of Subdivision 16T-15501, Part Of Park Lots A1, J1, K1, T1, U1, C2, D2 Part of Deane Street, Registered Plan No. 8P, former Town of Lindsay, now City of Kawartha Lakes (the “Development Lands”), upon which the Owner intends to develop a subdivision;
