This is a legal agreement (“Contract”) between the undersigned student (“Student”), and (if required) his/her parent, guardian, or guarantor, and Hunter College of the City University of New York (“Hunter”), on behalf of its Office of Residence Life (“Office of Residence Life”). In consideration for use of a room or apartment at Hunter’s Brookdale Residence Hall (“Residence Hall”), Student agrees to abide by the following terms and conditions:
