THIS ASSET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of 2022, by and between GreenEra 83rd Street LLC, an Illinois limited liability company (“Seller”), and The Peoples Gas Light and Coke Company, an Illinois corporation (“Buyer”). Seller and Buyer may be referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
