day of , 2020 ( the “Effective Date”), by and between the City of BRECKENRIDGE, a Texas Home Rule Municipal Corporation, (hereinafter referred to as “BRECKENRIDGE”) and the Stephens Regional Special Utility District (STEPHENS REGIONAL SUD) each acting herein by and through its governing body. STEPHENS REGIONAL SUD and BRECKENRIDGE may be referred to herein individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
