The terms and conditions set forth below shall govern the accompanying purchase order (“Purchase Order”) issued by Iron Mountain (Nederland) Data Center BV (“Iron Mountain”) to the vendor or supplier identified thereon (“Supplier”) unless there exists a separate written agreement between Iron Mountain and the Supplier (individually “Party”, or collectively, the “Parties”) that specifies that it governs Iron Mountain’s procurement of the Goods and/or or Services ordered from Supplier under the Purchase Order.
