THIS INSTANT TICKET SERVICE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made as of May, 2021 (the “Effective Date”) by Milwaukee World Festival, Inc., a non-stock, not for profit corporation organized under the laws of Wisconsin, (“MWF”) and Wisconsin Hispanic Scholarship Foundation, Inc/Mexican Fiesta (“Mexican Fiesta”). MWF and MEXICAN FIESTA shall be referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as “Party.”
